INITIAL CONSULTATION
Following the initial contact through phone or email, we will arrange a meeting at your property for an on-site consultation.
During this consultation, we will discuss your ideas and aspirations for your property and explore different options and opportunities.
From this consultation, the project's scope will be defined - you may only require this initial visit to clarify your property design, or you may decide to proceed with one of the design options provided below.
Design Option 1: Concept Design
This option involves advancing the design process post the initial consultation.
We will begin outlining a vision on how different areas can be optimally utilised by translating ideas onto paper to develop a preliminary concept design for your property.
The design provided offers a comprehensive layout for various aspects such as water management, access, placement of edible garden areas, integration of plantings and animals, microclimates, new or existing structures.
This option includes a detailed written report and a set of precise, 2-D to scale map designs.

Contour & slope ( Zones Map )
Microclimate areas and access ( Total Design Map )
Water requirements ( Water Map )
Soil type ( basic soil analysis to identify what type of soil is in your property ).
Building and driveway placement ( Access Map )
This design outlines the 'where to put what' - from overall water management and flow to the siting of your edible garden areas to the best way to integrate plantings and animals on your property if you're wanting bees, chooks, or larger 4-leggeds, etc.—right down to where you want to watch the sunset! With this option, you'll receive an accurate set of 2-D-to-scale base maps that will allow you to build your sustainable, closed-loop, edible landscape.
Design Option 2: Detailed Concept Design
This alternative delves deeper into your 2-D design plan, focusing on specific details like element placements and sizes. It also covers infrastructure layout, suggests suitable edible plants and trees (such as citrus and nuts), and recommends species that thrive in your property's climate and soil conditions.

A step by Step worklow and timeline
Cost spreadisheet for basic structures, soil amendments, trees and plants, labour
Any special provision to treat and deal with known issues ( ex: plant already present deseases or pests )
